OUR MISSION

To unite our soccer community in a shared commitment to putting kids first - embracing the hard, uncomfortable work required to bring and keep true Tier 1 opportunities to North Alabama, and ensuring every player has access to the highest level of development right here at home.

Vision

To build a unified, player-centered soccer pathway in North Alabama where every child has local access to Tier 1 programs. We envision a community that collaborates beyond individual clubs, breaks down barriers, and creates an environment where elite opportunities are available without leaving home - empowering our players to grow, compete, and excel at the highest levels.

About

Vero FC is a unified elite player pathway created by four established North Alabama clubs:

Cullman United Soccer Club, North Alabama Soccer Coalition, Shoals Soccer Club, and Madison Blaze.

Together, we function as one club at the higher levels of play — aligning standards, sharing resources, and creating a clear route for committed players to reach the top levels of youth soccer, while still staying connected to their home communities.

Why the Name “Vero”?

The word “Vero” is rooted in the idea of what is true and real.

We chose this name because we are committed to:

Transparency in communication, selection, and pathways
Honesty with players and families about expectations and opportunities
Clarity about where a player is now, and what it takes to reach the next level

Our club provides a fun and safe environment for children to learn and play the beautiful game. We cater to boys and girls of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, and offer a range of programs to suit each child's individual needs. Our coaches are highly trained and passionate about developing young players, and our focus is on creating a positive and supportive environment that encourages each child to reach their full potential. We place a strong emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, and our aim is to instill a lifelong love of the game in all of our young players.
