Who is VERO FC?
About
Vero FC is a unified elite player pathway created by four established North Alabama clubs: Cullman United Soccer Club, North Alabama Soccer Coalition, Shoals Soccer Club, and Madison Blaze.
Together, we function as one club at the higher levels of play - aligning standards, sharing resources, and creating a clear route for committed players to reach the top levels of youth soccer, while still staying connected to their home communities.
Why the Name “Vero”?
The word “Vero” is rooted in the idea of what is true and real.
We chose this name because we are committed to:
- Transparency in communication, selection, and pathways
- Honesty with players and families about expectations and opportunities
- Clarity about where a player is now, and what it takes to reach the next level

We created Vero FC for the players:
- To give serious players in North Alabama a real pathway to the highest levels of youth competition
- To provide consistent, high-quality coaching and game environments
- To support college-bound and ambitious players with development, exposure, and guidance
- To maintain a family-first, values-driven club culture built on respect, effort, and honesty
